The SG-Expander is an extension to the SG-Hub. The SG-Expander is connected to the SG-Hub with the supplied cable. The SG-Expander doesn’t need a separate power supply. This way, the SG-Hub will have 6 extra relays for switching purposes and 4 digital inputs to read out and monitor.
The Ecosoft SG-Hub is a HEMS (Home Energy Management System) and thus a smart controller. It comes with two relays on default, WiFi, ethernet. It has connection possibilities (wire or via the network) to control supported devices to save energy costs. The SG-Hub is among others suitable for heat pumps, hybrid heat pumps, heat pump boilers and PV-Systems, with or without connected batteries.
It is possible to connect one or two SG-Expanders to the SG-Hub.
