March 2026 – Because of a problem (in software version 3.1.5 only) devices can’t connect to the server (error 22). In that case it is not possible to receive energy prices. This can be solved by performing an “upgrade by file upload” to version 3.1.6. Go the the Update screen of the device. Click on Download at alternative upgrade file. At Upgrade by file upload, choose the file you just downloaded.
